Privacy notice (licence activation)

This notice explains how Digi Soft Marketing Solutions (“Digi Soft”, “we”) processes personal data when you claim and activate a Chrome extension licence.

What we collect

• Name
• WhatsApp / mobile number (E.164)
• Email address (from your order)
• Order / payment identifiers
• Device identifier (random UUID stored in your browser for this extension)
• Basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention

Why

• To verify purchase and activate your licence
• To send a one-time WhatsApp authentication code (OTP)
• To enforce device limits and prevent abuse
• To provide support

Who

Digi Soft (Anees Ahmed). WhatsApp OTP is delivered via our Official WhatsApp Business API provider (2desh / Meta Cloud API).

Marketing

We send product tips or offers only if you explicitly opt in (checkbox, off by default). You can opt out later via support.

Retention

Licence and purchase records are kept while your licence may need support or accounting. You may request erasure; we soft-delete personal fields and revoke licences, while keeping anonymised payment totals where required for accounts.

We do not sell buyer lists.
